ongoing Yes, we know you don't need JSink to tell you about the latest in the Bourne series, "The Bourne Ultimatum." And, generally, we stay clear of mainstream movies, figuring you've got enough of an info barrage that way anyway. But we foun d ourselves there the other night - saw the first two, found them addictive, came back again - and we can report that Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is right up there in the James Bond (Daniel Craig, at the moment) league when it comes to a) non-stop action, b) running all over the place, c) leaping across alleys from building to building and d), somehow never getting truly hurt. Ok, do we want Bourne to take a time out from trying to find out who he really was and how the rogue CIA guys brainwashed him? Do we want a superfluous love story to take us away from the bang-bang, crash-crash? We suppose not. But, man, this one is relentless from opening shot to closing. There's still some puzzling as to who the good guys are and who the bad guys are, but we're getting a little better at sussing this out, and simply anticipating how Bourne will squeeze out of one precarious situation, work himself into another and do the same. I believe this is called Major Suspension of Disbelief. What saves Damon as an actor of course is that, like Craig, he does a lot of other roles that require subtlety and expression, not just physicality. So, watching him leap into the spy world is good fun. Catch it while it's still on the big screen. It's been around forever it seems, but is still hanging on at Arlington's Capitol Theatre. where it's up at 3, 5:15, 7:40 and 9:55. It's a good 'un to see on the big screen. Expect to pay $9.50 or so. 204 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington, 781-648-4340
