Anything for a Song: Sing-A-Long Madness is Back in Brookline Print E-mail
Saturday, 16 June 2007

 Sat. June 16

The Coolidge Corner Theatre has cultivated a well-deserved reputation for late night weirdness, silliness or campy fun. Sometimes all at the same time. They play many serious, art-house movies during regular hours, but around midnight on weekends, strange things happen. This summer, once again, the Coolidge will host a monthly weekend event called "Summer Sing-A-Long Madness." It begins this weekend, with a two-night run that wraps up Saturday (June 16). It's  "Ladies of the '80s Sing-a-Long," featuring videos from the likes of Cyndi Lauper, the Bangles, Blondie, Madonna and others. Your host: Henri. Tickets: $9.50.
