  All's well at half time!!

We knew they had it in the bag last week, didn't we? No sweat at all with the Brady Bunch runnin' and passin' and kickin' their way into the AFC Championship. Interceptions turned into fumbles, footballs split uprights ... Lordy. We can only hope the football gods smile on us again this Sunday when the Patriots take on the Colts, a team we still think is in Baltimore, only because we were raised in the Unitas era and think teams shouldn't pick up and leave a town in the middle of the night and go to, well, Indianapolis, of all places. But that's where the Pats are and that's where our eyes will be glued starting at 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Channel 4 (WCBS-TV). We thought we'd go to one of the big Connecticut casinos and do it up big, but a zillion others thought like us and ... there was no room at the inn. That and our ring-leader's daughter decided this was the perfect day for an induced labor! The nerve! So we'll be at a local bar, maybe at the Game On! sports palace, or maybe just in front of the widescreen in our abode, ranting and raving into the abyss.
