Nov. 3-5 John Lennon did a lot of doodling and noodling - wait, we mean drawing - during his too-brief span on this planet. We're all familiar with the whimsical b lack-and-white sketches Lennon seemingly peeled off like the skin of an apple. (Might be a play on words there.) And we're all (probably) aware that the 26th anniversary of his death is approaching. (Yours truly wrote a rumination on that and it should be up on halloffamemagazine.com soon.) Yoko Ono and the Harvard Square Business Association are presenting "Come Together: The Artwork of John Lennon" from Friday Nov. 3 through Sunday Nov.5 at the corner of Church and Brattle streets in Cambridge. There's a suggested donation of $2, which goes to benefit the nearby Brattle Theatre, and the art is for sale, too. Hours: 5-9 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 11 am-6 p.m. Sunday. 60 Church St., Cambridge, 888-ART-1969 (pre-recorded message), 617-491-3434 (directions)
