Lowell Summer Music Series: Winding Down in Style Print E-mail
Friday, 12 September 2008

Aside from the lovely venue, selling points include the quality of the artists and the pricing. Acucella says the pricing goes from $16 to $36. (With a low, $3 ticket fee, too. And kidsMarc Broussard 12 or under are free.)
The outdoor capacity is 2300, but Aucella says, “We need to stop selling at 1300. If it rains, we an’t fit more than that into” the alternative venue, across the street, at Lowell High School. If it doesn’t look like rain, they’ll sell additional tickets day of show. For that – and complete information – you’ll want to check out the website below. You might check out www.MVYradio.com  for streaming webcasts of some of last year’s shows. It closes with some Louisiana style R&B and funk - good vibes guaranteed -  Friday Sept. 12 with Marc Broussard (in photo).
