Joseph Dejarnette, Parrish Ellis and Michael Markas are the Wiyos, and they've played everywhere from the Newport Folk Festival to the streets of New Orleans to a burlesque stage. See 'em live and expect to see some vaudevillian like elements and a whole lot of spontanaeity. There's humor, but they're not laughing at any genres; they're smiling along with all the dead heroes, who, maybe, never got this kind of music past their back porch.
