At any rate, the Museum of Science has a bunch of stuff on tap: "Grand Canyon Adventrure: River at Risk," narrated by Robert Redfored with music by the Dave Matthews Band, is a big-screen film pays tribute to the river's power, while raising questions about Earth's most precious commodity: water. It runs through Aug. 31. Admission is $17 for adults, with various discounts given to kids and elderes. Hours are 9 to 5, except Friday when it stays open 'til 9. Oh, and of course there's so much more to do there, from the live butterfly garden to the dead dinosaurs. Science Park, (along McGrath Highway), 617-723-2500 www.mos.org |
